Brijjs Export founded in the year 2002, is a supply management company specialising in Industrial Brushes for various industries. The company is headed by Mrs. Indu Basu and together the team has earned accolades for its quality products, efficient and prompt service to its clients.

The company started out with only one order in hand for Brushes and has come a long way in a couple of years, to experiment on modern synthetic materials to replace conventional basic materials to make the products stronger and more consumer-friendly. Following is the brief summary of our products:

Industrial Brushes:
Our company started out being a merchant exporter for spring steel
industrial brushes for Iron and Steel Plants mostly in America. We now
provide all kinds of brushes made from varied materials to a large
spectrum of industries. We work closely with large chemical companies
to identify the correct kind of bristle and then make the brushes to
precisely suit the needs of the process. Our design engineers can
suggest alternate designs for brushes also. We are capable of supplying
small to large quantities of brushes, to suit individual customer needs
in various spheres of manufacturing and processing.
One of our main products are the nylon bristle paint brushes, that have
similar properties to pig hair, just far more efficient and durable.
They are also lighter and thus result in better application of paint
onto surfaces. These nylon paint brushes have been put to use
extensively and have proven their worth over hog-hair paint brushes.
- Industrial machinery:We
have design engineers who will study your process and design cleaning
solutions that could be off-line or on-line, retrofitted into your
existing equipment. For example, we have a proven cheap and effective
solution for cleaning the mandrel for the hose-making industry, along
with specially designed brushes.
- Research and Innovations:
One of our major areas of work is research into the various product
lines brought out by large chemicals and materials companies, the world
over. We study their products and often work with them to bring out the
best available options for our clients, and their process needs. We
have done considerable research on Thermo Plastic Polyurethane or TPU,
to understand its application advantages over conventional materials,
that has helped our client develop the right product for the consumer
market. We have worked closely with other materials and derivatives to
bring out the best kind of bristles for the process, so that our
customers get the most cost-effective and efficient results from our
brushes, and products.
- Rice:
Some of our resources are dedicated to supplying Basmati Rice for
export, from the rice belts of Karnal. We work closely with the
suppliers themselves so that the customer gets the most competitive
pricing.
